All Our Work

Websites built before payment.

Small businesses, nonprofits, and civic-tech projects — most built first, with payment only collected if the client kept it. A couple are unsolicited concepts pitched on speculation for real companies that weren't interested at the time — those are marked clearly, not passed off as paid work. Everything opens in a new tab, so you can browse the full list without losing your place.

On perfect PageSpeed scores: the 100/100/100/100 standard we hold ourselves to only applies to launched, adopted websites — live sites a client actually took and put their name behind. The unsolicited concept builds below (Fierros Tires Wheels, Q Baking Corner, Evergreen Valley Dental Office, Aborn Family Dental, and the earlier NTL Precision draft) are version-1 builds pitched on speculation, not confirmed adoptions. Anyone can generate a decent-looking site with AI in an afternoon — that's not the hard part anymore. Getting it to a genuine, independently re-runnable 100/100/100/100 is a separate discipline of its own, and it takes real optimization time we don't spend on speculative work a business showed no interest in adopting. That's not a shortcut on our part; it's where we draw the line on where our time actually goes.

Eleven projects shown here — real, adopted client work built first and paid for only if kept, plus a small number of clearly-marked unsolicited concept builds that were never adopted.

Real Estate Broker · Milpitas, CA

Conrad Solanzo — One Realty

A South Bay broker with 30 closed transactions and a 4.8/5 client rating had no site connecting either fact to an actual lead. We built one around real proof instead of stock real-estate copy: a broker snapshot card linking straight to his verified Zillow profile, a hero video of the neighborhoods he actually works, and six free buyer/seller guides covering San Jose, Milpitas, and Fremont specifically — not generic homebuying advice.

Resume to Website

Turn your resume into a real website — a page recruiters, clients, or partners can actually visit. Payment due upfront, verified 100/100/100/100 PageSpeed score.

Tire Shop · Unsolicited Concept

Fierros Tires Wheels

A family-run tire shop on Monterey Road, currently running on a low-cost builder platform. We reached out and built this concept on speculation to show what a faster, fuller site could look like — the owner wasn't interested at the time, so this was never adopted or paid for. Published here as a free sample, not as client work.

Vietnamese Bakery · Unsolicited Concept

Q Baking Corner

A family-owned Vietnamese bakery and donut shop in San Jose. We built this concept on speculation and spoke with the on-site manager — not confirmed to be the owner — who wasn't interested at the time. Published here as a free sample and organic goodwill for a real local business, not as client work.

Benefits Directory · Nationwide

USA Benefits Navigator

USA Benefits Navigator helps people find 21 free U.S. government assistance programs — SNAP, Medicaid, Section 8, WIC, SSI, TANF, Pell Grants, and more. A site like this lives or dies on trust and on the phones it's actually read on, so we rebuilt it as a single fast static page with instant search, clean metadata, and a verified perfect 100/100/100/100 mobile PageSpeed score — no ads, no tracking, no third-party requests.

Medicare Insurance Agent · Milpitas, CA

Conrad Solanzo — Medicare Insurance

An independent Medicare agent serving the Bay Area's Filipino community had no real online presence to match over a decade of experience. We built a bilingual (English/Tagalog) site focused on what actually drives this business: clear plan explanations, a no-pressure tone, required compliance disclosures, and a lead form that routes straight to his inbox.

Food Truck · Mobile Menu & Location

Frito's Chicken

Frito's Chicken is a food truck operator whose customers find them on the go — on their phone, often mid-craving, trying to figure out where the truck is parked today and what's on the menu. We built a fast, mobile-first site centered on exactly that: today's location and hours, a full menu that's easy to scroll one-handed, and a clear path to follow the truck on social media or place an order.

Family Dental Practice · Unsolicited Concept

Evergreen Valley Dental Office

A 30-year family dental practice was running on a dated, non-mobile site with no search visibility. We built this concept on speculation — a fast, mobile-friendly page with full SEO structured data, doctor profiles, services, new-patient forms, and a brand-new logo pulled from the site's own rolling-hills motif — and reached out to the practice; it wasn't adopted or paid for. Published here as a free sample, not as client work.

City + Sports Pride Guide · San Jose, CA

San Jose & The Shark Tank

A passion project built just to see what a city-pride site could look like when it actually combines local civic identity with a hometown sports team, instead of treating them as two separate audiences. We pulled current 2025-26 season data, real city facts, and built a game-day guide that ties downtown San Jose directly into the Sharks experience — all with original illustration, since no real team or league imagery was used.

Family Dental Practice · Unsolicited Concept

Aborn Family Dental

A 20-year dental practice in San Jose's Aborn Square area was running on an old GoDaddy website builder site — still showing a 2021 COVID-19 banner and a footer reading “Copyright © 2021.” We built this concept on speculation — its own distinct identity, a real working map (the old one threw errors), and a built-in appointment request form — and reached out; it wasn't adopted or paid for. Catering & Events · San Jose, CA

Andreas Gonzalez Catering

When Ari needed something at a difficult time, Andreas provided it without hesitation — no questions asked. Buying the domain and building a full catering site was the way to give back. Real background from San Jose's busiest kitchens, a one-of-a-kind kitchen-ticket signature element, and a palette built around his two favorite teams.

Questions about this work

Are all the sites shown on this page real client work?

Most are real, adopted client work. A few are unsolicited concept builds pitched on speculation to real businesses that weren't interested at the time — those are clearly marked, never passed off as paid work.

Do the unsolicited concept builds also score 100/100/100/100?

No, and that's disclosed directly on this page. The 100/100/100/100 standard applies to launched, adopted websites a client actually took and put their name behind — speculative version-1 concepts don't get that same optimization time spent on work a business showed no interest in adopting.

Do I have to pay before my website is built?

For real client engagements, yes — built first, with payment only collected if the client keeps it. No deposit, ever.

How many projects are shown on this page?

Eleven — a mix of real, adopted client work and clearly-marked unsolicited concept builds, spanning small businesses, nonprofits, and civic-tech projects.

Want something like this built for you?
