This page governs use of the content, code, methodology, and published benchmarks on zenmasterworks.com and its affiliated demonstration pages (collectively, the "Site"), operated by ZenMasterWorks, a sole proprietorship operated by Ari Subana ("ZenMasterWorks," "we," "us").

1. Ownership

All source code, architecture, scoring methodology, incident-log data, blueprint designs, and written content on this Site are the original work of ZenMasterWorks and are protected under U.S. copyright law from the moment of creation, whether or not a copyright notice is displayed on a given page.

2. What You May Do

• View, browse, and reference the Site for evaluation of ZenMasterWorks as a service provider.
• Link to any public page on the Site.
• Cite or quote brief excerpts with attribution, consistent with fair use.

3. What You May Not Do

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's source code, CSS, JavaScript logic, or design system in whole or substantial part, for any commercial or non-commercial project.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or systematically extract the Site's performance, accessibility, or loading methodologies for the purpose of replicating them in a competing product or service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the Site's content or structure.
• Represent any derivative work as originating from or endorsed by ZenMasterWorks.

Demonstration and benchmark pages representing third-party platforms or fictional businesses are published solely to illustrate ZenMasterWorks' own methodology and do not constitute endorsement by, or affiliation with, the platforms or brands referenced.

4. Blueprints and Purchased Products

Blueprints, templates, and products purchased through ZenMasterWorks or PerfectScoresWebsite (including "The 100 Standard Templates" and Ledger) are licensed for use on the purchaser's own site only. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying code, design system, or methodology, and resale or redistribution of the blueprint files themselves is prohibited.

5. Public Incident Log

The public incident log is published as a transparency record of ZenMasterWorks' own build process. Its contents are timestamped and may be cited as evidence of authorship and prior art, but may not be reproduced wholesale on another site.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized use of ZenMasterWorks' proprietary code or methodology may result in a claim under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable copyright law. If you believe your work has been used improperly, or if you have questions about permitted use, contact us below.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
