How much does it cost?
Flat, one-time fees — no recurring monthly charge. Blueprint templates are $100 flat; custom builds and other services vary by scope.
Who owns the source code after I pay?
The client does. Always.
Do you build on WordPress or something similar?
No — custom stack, hand-built HTML, not WordPress or a page-builder. That's also the reason the 100/100/100/100 PageSpeed standard is actually achievable.
Are there ongoing hosting or maintenance fees?
None whatsoever.

What if I need changes after the site goes live?
Free support for 90 days post-launch — that includes actual changes, not just bug fixes.
