This page explains what zenmasterworks.com actually collects, why, and who it's shared with, operated by ZenMasterWorks, a sole proprietorship operated by Ari Subana ("ZenMasterWorks," "we," "us"). Written in plain language on purpose — the same evidence-first standard applied to everything else on this site applies here too.

The audit and build questionnaires on this site are not connected to a server-side database. When you fill one out and hit send, client-side JavaScript running in your own browser compiles your answers into a pre-filled email and opens your own email app — the message goes directly from your device to build@zenmasterworks.com through your own email provider, the same as if you'd typed it yourself. We never receive or store anything until you actually send that email.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another, standard for essentially every site that uses it. We don't set any first-party tracking cookies of our own, and nothing on this site uses cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Only the services already named above: Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts) and our hosting provider, each governed by their own privacy policy for the data they process on our behalf. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks — this site doesn't run ads and never has.
There is no on-site checkout or payment processing live on this site as of the date above. If that changes — for example, if a payment processor is introduced for handling client invoices — this policy will be updated first to disclose exactly what that processor collects, before it goes live.
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to know what data has been collected about you, request its deletion, or opt out of its sale (we don't sell data, so there's nothing to opt out of). To exercise any of these, email us using the contact info below and we'll respond directly — there's no automated portal, because there isn't enough data volume here to need one.
This site is a business services site, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
This policy may be updated as the site's actual technical setup changes — if we add a new tool that collects data, this page gets updated to say so before or when that tool goes live, not after the fact.
