Landing Page Audit · San Jose, CA

You're paying for every click. Is the page catching them?

An independent, scored audit of the exact page your ads send traffic to — not your homepage, the landing page. Speed, message match, conversion path, and tracking, checked by hand and scored out of 100.

$100 in ad spend Where it typically leaks

Illustrative, not a measurement of your page — every landing page leaks differently. The audit tells you exactly where yours does.

Why This Exists

Ad platforms are good at finding clicks. They don't fix what happens after.

Taboola, Google, and Meta will happily find you a high-intent visitor. What that visitor sees when the page loads — how fast it loads, whether the headline matches what the ad promised, how many steps stand between the click and the conversion, and whether your own tracking is even configured correctly — is entirely outside any ad platform's job. It's also usually the last thing anyone checks, because the campaign dashboard shows clicks and cost, not what happened to them.

This audit applies the same evidence-first methodology we use on our published website audits — checked by hand against the live page, never estimated — to the one page that's actually spending your ad budget.

The Scoring Rubric

Four categories. 25 points each. 100 total.

Every audit is scored against the same fixed rubric, so a number means the same thing on any page we check.

01

Speed & Core Web Vitals

25 pts

Mobile PageSpeed score, LCP, and INP measured live, not estimated. A slow landing page raises your ad platform's own Quality/Relevance score penalty on top of losing visitors outright.

  • Mobile Lighthouse Performance, run more than once
  • Largest Contentful Paint & Interaction to Next Paint
  • Render-blocking fonts, scripts, and third-party tags
02

Message Match

25 pts

Does the headline the visitor lands on say the same thing as the ad they clicked? A generic homepage sent the same traffic as a dedicated page is one of the most common conversion killers we see.

  • Headline-to-ad-copy consistency
  • Offer clarity above the fold
  • Whether the page was actually built for this campaign
03

Conversion Path Clarity

25 pts

One clear next step, or ten competing ones? Navigation, form friction, and mobile tap targets all get checked by hand, not just scored by an automated tool.

  • Single CTA vs. distracting navigation
  • Form length and field friction
  • Mobile tap-target sizing
04

Tracking & Waste Prevention

25 pts

Is the conversion pixel actually firing? Are the native frequency-cap and converter-exclusion settings your ad platform already gives you for free actually turned on? This is a configuration review, not new software.

  • Conversion pixel / event verification
  • Frequency cap & converter-exclusion settings
  • Obvious budget-leak misconfigurations
How It Works

Three steps, start to finish.

1

Send the page

Email the landing page URL and which ad platform is sending it traffic. No account access needed — this is a read-only review.

2

We score it

Live PageSpeed runs, a manual pass against all four rubric categories, and a written breakdown of exactly what's costing you.

3

You get the report

A scored, itemized report — what's working, what's not, and what to fix first. Implementation is a separate, optional conversation.

Our Word On It

Every audit is read-only — we never touch your ad accounts or your site without being asked. And if the audit genuinely turns up nothing actionable, you don't pay for it.
