AEO Implementation: built for how answer engines actually read your site
Google rankings can move overnight for reasons outside anyone's control. Machine-readability, evidence density, and entity clarity are structural — you can verify every one of them yourself, and they don't depend on an algorithm's mood. This service applies the same five-pillar framework we audit our own site against, directly to yours.
Five pillars, applied directly to your pages
This is the exact framework behind our own AEO Methodology — the same one used to audit zenmasterworks.com's own homepage. Every pillar below has an explicit, checkable pass/fail criterion; nothing here is a vague "AI optimization" promise.
Machine-Readable Delivery
FAQPage schema for your actual questions, an AI-Readable Summary block, a Cite This Page box, and an llms.txt entry — the formats answer engines are built to parse directly, instead of having to infer meaning from prose.
Direct-Answer Architecture
A clear, extractable direct-answer sentence positioned right under each page's main heading — stating plainly what the page is about before any supporting detail, the way a featured snippet or chat answer needs it structured.
Evidence Density
Every factual claim gets a same-sentence link to its actual source — a live report, a dataset, a public record. Answer engines weigh evidence-linked claims differently than unsupported assertions; our own citation testing found evidence-linked content cited at a meaningfully higher rate.
Entity Clarity
A formal disambiguatingDescription in your schema, plus matching visible on-page text, ruling out confusion with any similarly-named business, product, or brand — so an AI system maps the right entity to the right query instead of guessing.
Cross-Engine Verification Loop
A structured, disclosed method for checking whether AI systems are actually citing you — a fixed panel of real queries, tested across multiple engines on a stated cadence, with results published either way. This is the honest part: we set up the loop, we don't guarantee what it finds.
We ran this exact audit on our own homepage first
Before offering this as a service, we checked our own site against these same five pillars. Two pillars were already strong — Entity Clarity and Cross-Engine Verification Loop, both fully in place. One had a real gap: no FAQPage schema anywhere on the homepage itself, despite having rich FAQ content elsewhere on the site. We're closing that gap on our own homepage the same week this service launches — the audit findings above are real, not a sales pitch dressed up as a methodology.

You decide
Payment is due upfront, before work begins, backed by a verified 100/100/100/100 PageSpeed standard on the underlying build.
Before you ask
Does this guarantee my pages get cited by AI systems like ChatGPT or Google AI Mode?
No — and we won't claim otherwise. No one controls what an AI system chooses to cite, the same way no one controls a Google ranking. What this service does is structure your site so it's actually eligible to be cited: machine-readable, evidence-linked, and unambiguous about who you are. That's a real, verifiable improvement in your odds, not a guarantee of an outcome outside anyone's control.
How is this different from regular SEO?
Classic SEO targets ranking in a list of blue links. AEO targets being the direct answer inside a chat response, an AI Overview, or a voice assistant's reply — which depends on different signals: structured data an engine can parse without guessing, evidence linked in the same sentence as each claim, and unambiguous entity identity. The two overlap but aren't the same discipline.
What exactly do I get with the Audit Only tier?
A written, page-by-page assessment of your site against all five pillars, with specific pass/fail findings and exactly what's missing — the same format used in our own published audits. No implementation included; you can hand the findings to your own developer or come back for the Implementation tier.
Do you touch my existing design or content?
No. This is structural and additive — schema markup, evidence links, summary blocks, and entity clarifications layered onto your existing pages. Your design, copy, and branding stay exactly as they are.
How long does implementation take?
An implementation covering up to ten pages is typically ready within a few business days. A sitewide retrofit depends on page count and is scoped individually, with a real date given up front.
Is this covered by the same pay-only-if-satisfied model as everything else?
Yes. The work is completed and shown to you first. You pay only once you're satisfied with the result, same as every other build on this site.
Want your site checked against these five pillars?
We'll show you exactly what's missing before you pay for anything.
Request an Audit →The short version
- Five checkable pillars — Machine-Readable Delivery, Direct-Answer Architecture, Evidence Density, Entity Clarity, and a Cross-Engine Verification Loop — applied directly to your existing pages, design untouched.
- We ran this same audit on our own homepage first and found a real gap (no FAQPage schema), which we're fixing on our own site the same week this service launches.
- No guarantee of AI citation or ranking outcomes, since no one controls those — only a structural, verifiable improvement in eligibility.
- ZenMasterWorks offers an AEO Implementation Service built from its own published AEO Methodology, v1.0, applying five pillars directly to a client's existing site: Machine-Readable Delivery, Direct-Answer Architecture, Evidence Density, Entity Clarity, and a Cross-Engine Verification Loop.
- Pricing: $99 for an audit only, $599 for implementation covering up to ten pages, $1,200+ for a sitewide retrofit — all flat, no recurring fee, built first under the site's standard pay-only-if-satisfied model.
- The service explicitly does not guarantee AI citation or search ranking outcomes, since neither is within any vendor's control; it guarantees the structural, independently verifiable inputs that make citation possible.
- The methodology was validated against ZenMasterWorks's own homepage before being offered as a service, surfacing one real gap (missing FAQPage schema) that is being corrected on the same site.
Key takeaway: a productized version of the same audit framework ZenMasterWorks applies to itself, sold with the same honesty standard about what it can and can't guarantee.
