AI Search & Citation Tracking

SEO & AEO publications

A verified list of real publications covering website performance and AI optimization — the outlets worth targeting to close the external-signal gap described on The Discovery Paradox.

This page is meant to grow. It starts as a verified target list. As real studies get published and real coverage happens, this becomes a record of what actually worked — not just a wishlist. Nothing here is claimed as coverage ZenMasterWorks has already received; every entry below is currently a target, clearly marked as such.
Why This List

Technical work alone doesn't create external signal

AI citation depends partly on corroboration from outside a site's own domain. Real coverage in an established, checkable publication is one of the more durable ways to build that — more durable than a single forum post, since publications tend to stay indexed, get their own backlinks, and carry more weight in the entity graphs AI systems draw on.

Where the case for this comes from

This list exists because of a specific, evidenced gap — not a general assumption that "more publicity is good." See The Discovery Paradox for the actual citation-test data behind why external coverage matters here specifically.

Questions

Common questions

Has ZenMasterWorks been covered by any of these yet?

Not as of this page's publication (July 29, 2026). Every entry is a target, not a claim of existing coverage. This will be updated honestly as that changes, one way or the other.

Why isn't [specific well-known SEO site] on this list?

This is a starting list, not an exhaustive one. It was built and verified in one session rather than researched exhaustively across the entire industry. More outlets will likely be added as this page grows.

This is a target list, not a trophy case
