Website Audit: 3 Phaze Electric, Inc.

Site reviewed: 3phazeelectric.us Prepared by: ZenMasterWorks Date: July 2026
Methodology & scope: This audit was built from publicly available information — the site's content as returned to a standard, non-JavaScript-executing fetch, plus a manual review of the live homepage. No production or staging access was requested or used.
Note on this one: this is a long-overdue favor, not a cold pitch. Built on spec, no strings attached.
Findings

What stood out

Critical

Primary navigation links all point to the same page

SERVICES, ABOUT, PROJECTS, and CONTACT are all listed as separate navigation items, but every one of them links to the exact same homepage URL. On a single scrolling page, that's not necessarily wrong — but as written, a visitor clicking "Contact" from anywhere else on the site gets no clear jump to contact info, just a full page reload to the top.

Critical

Three unfinished placeholder pages are live in the main menu

The navigation includes three items literally labeled "New Page," linking to /blank, /blank-1, and /blank-2 — default Wix placeholder pages that were never built out or removed before the menu went live.

Critical

Footer copyright credits a different company entirely

The site footer reads "© 2023 by Sphere Construction. Proudly created with Wix.com" — not 3 Phaze Electric. This is almost certainly leftover text from a Wix template that was duplicated from another business's site and never updated.

Medium

Social links point to Wix's own accounts, not the business's

The footer's Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+ icons link to Wix's own generic company profiles (facebook.com/wix, linkedin.com/company/wix-com) rather than 3 Phaze Electric's own social presence. The Google+ link is also pointing to a platform Google shut down in 2019.

Low

Contact email runs through a personal Gmail address

3PhazeElectric@Gmail.Com works fine functionally, but sits at odds with the professional certifications (MBE, ISN) displayed elsewhere on the page — a business-domain email would match the level of trust the rest of the site is trying to establish.

For Balance

What's genuinely working

A real, verifiable client roster most small electrical contractors don't have — PG&E McDonald Island, Winco Foods Distribution, Lineage Logistics, and Terex Services all appear as documented projects with photos.

MBE Certificate #25000830 and ISN Member/Service Provider status are both real, checkable credentials — genuine trust signals that most competitors in this space can't claim.

The homepage meta title and description are actually well-built — keyword-rich, location-specific ("Electrician Near Me Manteca CA"), and genuinely useful for local search, despite the issues elsewhere on the page.

We put together a redesign concept alongside this audit

Same logo, same content, a single fast-loading page with the navigation, footer, and branding actually fixed.
